Is this an autonomous AI agent?
SheetMap AI is an assisted mapping workflow. Local rules suggest matches, optional Qwen review checks uncertainty, and you review the results before exporting. It does not log into your store, change product records, or run unattended jobs.
What does the public beta cost?
Local matching, manual edits and exports are free during the beta. Optional AI review is limited to 5 requests per public IP address per UTC day; people on the same network share that limit. No account or payment card is needed.
Can I use it with my store or ERP?
Upload the CSV or XLSX template your destination requires. SheetMap follows its column order. Check required fields and values before importing the output into your store or ERP; there is no direct store integration.
What is preserved in Excel output?
The export uses one selected supplier worksheet and the selected template headers. It creates a new workbook with values only. Original styling, formulas, merged cells and other worksheets are not copied.
Your files, saved rules, and AI review
Local file processing. Full spreadsheet files and rows are parsed and transformed in your browser. Confirmed mapping rules are stored in this browser; clear this site’s browser storage to remove them. Closing or reloading the page clears the loaded files.
Optional AI processing. Clicking AI review sends field names, current uncertain mappings and type-shaped masked examples through our server to Alibaba Cloud Qwen. The current deployment uses its Beijing endpoint. Field names are sent as written, so avoid sensitive information in headers.
Service operation. Cloudflare serves the site and processes network requests. The app stores a salted hash of the requesting IP, date and request count to enforce the AI limit. The app does not store your spreadsheets or AI review payloads in its database.
